SUP Yoga and Fitness is a favourite for all enthusiasts, yoga teachers, and fitness trainers who came to try it. This activity is perfect for yoga and fitness schools, health centers (massotherapy, spa or others), or any company that has a high stress level.
Our courses were based on the principle of proprioception, which maximizes your SUP yoga or fitness session with postures and balance games on the water.
