No. We use anchors during SUP yoga and SUP Fitness classes.

For the first term, we advise you not to take part in any kayaking, SUP or surfing activities. Once the first three months have passed, we can advise you on the various options available to you (SUP rental, or adapted SUP or SUP yoga courses).

No. For your safety, you must be able to swim in order to take one of our courses.

We ask you to arrive early to familiarize yourself with the premises, fill in the forms and take the time to choose the right equipment for you. Believe us, these 30 minutes are essential.

Even in the event of rain, our activities will take place. However, in the event of thunderstorms, classes will be cancelled. We consult radar and weather forecasts on a regular basis and try to make the best possible predictions, but it is possible that a cancellation may occur at the last minute. If you decide not to attend, the lost lesson cannot be postponed/refunded. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to call us at 514-595-SURF.

To register for a regular course (75 minutes), you must have taken an introductory SUP, SUP Yoga or SUP Fitness course (120 minutes), or have equivalent experience.

We ask you to arrive 30 minutes before your departure time. Plan your travel accordingly! We ask you to arrive early to familiarize yourself with the premises, fill in the forms and take the time to choose the right equipment for you. Believe us, these 30 minutes are essential.

We have all the equipment available on site, and it’s included in our rates. You can bring your own board, but there’s no discount on the activity.

For all activities, you’ll need a swimsuit. If you’re taking a SUP, SUP yoga or SUP Fitness class, you’ll probably want to have an extra layer (shorts, leggings, camisole, fast-drying T-Shirt). Don’t wear cotton or denim. If you’re surfing, SUP or kayaking, you’ll probably need a wetsuit (can be rented on site without booking). Most activities are barefoot, except for surfing (boots can be hired on site). If you wear glasses, remember to bring a lanyard to keep them in place (available on site), or to wear contact lenses.

Yes. For most of our activities, a minimum of 3 participants is required for the course to take place. Please note that we can organize private lessons, but that the rates will be different from group lessons.

Reservations are not possible for rentals for equipment or wetsuits. First come, first served! However, we recommend that groups of 8 or more, or for Giant SUP rentals in LaSalle, contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
