INITIATION 2: ROLLING IN A KAYAK

Kayak rolling is a technique invented by our northern ancestors, the Inuit. In this course, you’ll learn how to bring your kayak back upright once it’s capsized. Your instructor will help you with your first attempts. This course is a must for anyone wishing to venture into the river. Can be taken alone or with Initiation 1. We strongly suggest that you take Initiations 1 and 2 on the same day, so that you can fully assimilate the basic techniques and put them into practice.

*Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult taking part in the activity.

Supervised rolling practice evenings also available following this course: https: //reservotron.com/ksf/activities/4749 from $10 for 2 hours.
