Try SUP yoga and SUP fitness in the great outdoors this summer. Muscle toning, endurance, flexibility and balance on the SUP board.

All your senses will be engaged, and you’ll be in total connection with nature and the present moment. Relaxation is guaranteed. We are the first SUP Yoga school in Quebec, and all our yoga teachers are certified by a minimum of 200 hours of yoga training and have received SUP Yoga teacher training recognized by Yoga Alliance and Paddle Canada. A la carte or in 4-week sessions, SUP Yoga is yours to discover and adopt!
