SUP YOGA CLASS JALA FLO

Jala Flo classes are dynamic SUP yoga sessions for participants of all levels. The yoga postures are adapted to be performed on the paddle board, which is anchored in calm water. On the water, stabilizing muscles are challenged, while concentration and a sense of relaxation are enhanced. Different variations are offered, so that everyone can benefit from a harmonious and balanced practice. Practice concludes with a moment of relaxation in harmony with nature.

Courses can be taken in sessions of 4 or à la carte.

Beginner level

Ages 12 +

KSF LaSalle and KSF Parc Jean-Drapeau

Group of 8 / 1 instructor

Be confident in the water and know how to swim. Previous SUP experience.
