CLUB SUP FITNESS

Develop your SUP skills while burning maximum calories. The aim of the SUP club is to offer paddlers opportunities to get together and practice their sport together and with the support of a qualified instructor. In a spirit of mutual support and friendly competition, these supervised training sessions offer you the opportunity to improve your SUP skills and competencies, in both calm and white water, burn off some energy, and meet other SUP enthusiasts.

These courses are available in sessions of 4 or à la carte.

Beginner to intermediate level

Ages 12 +

KSF LaSalle

Group of 8 / 1 instructor

Be confident in the water and know how to swim. Previous SUP experience.
