INITIATION TO SUP AND YOGA

Initiate yourself to the pleasures of SUP and SUP Yoga in a fun atmosphere, while discovering some of Montreal’s most beautiful nautical sites. This introductory course is designed to equip each student with the basics of these two disciplines. You’ll learn all the basics of good paddling. You’ll conclude your introductory course with a SUP Yoga practice. The best way to get started.
