YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Nadia Bonenfant

SUP Yoga teacher trainer

Nadia has been teaching yoga since 2004 and SUP yoga since 2011. She has a passion for the aquatic world, and spent the first 18 summers of her life aboard her family’s sailboat, the Junasika. After studying ecology and adventure tourism in British Columbia, she founded JUNA Yoga, a company that combines yoga and the outdoors for women. In 2012, she combined her skills with those of Hugo Lavictoire, founder of KSF, to create the first SUP yoga teacher training program in Quebec. Trained herself as a sup yoga teacher in the ocean environment, she has been bringing her passion for teaching methodology on the water for over 10 years.

Mélissa Vaillancourt

SUP Yoga teacher trainer

A yoga teacher with over 10 years’ experience, Mélissa has been teaching SUP YOGA since 2013. Inspired by the life force of the elements, she guides you through a yoga session on the water that’s as fluid as it is “challenging”. You’ll explore the power of the masculine, while remaining firmly rooted in the energy of the feminine. An initiatory experience every time.
